We recently had two of our bathrooms renovated by Original Design Builders, and the end results are absolutely gorgeous! A few surprises came up, with a lake house, and Brian handled everything calmly and professionally. We could not change the footprint of the bathrooms but Brian did a great job maximizing the space in the new layouts. One thing we really appreciated was the flexibility to select and purchase our own tile and materials, without the markup being passed along to us. It gave us the freedom to buy exactly what we wanted. Brian also went above and beyond by providing detailed plans and calculating the exact square footage for each element: main flooring, shower walls, nooks, and shower floors, which made the selection process with our tile designer smooth and efficient. The designer commented on how impressed he was with Brian’s prep work on the plans side so that we had everything we needed for an efficient appointment. We also incorporated some higher-tech features that were a bit tricky to integrate, but Brian figured out how to make it all work in our space. We cannot keep our teenager or pre-teen out of the showers now, so that says it all!
